I am an experienced DBA with over 22 years administering the Oracle database since version 7.3. For the last sixteen years, I have worked as part of a project team that has implemented Oracle E-Business Suite for corporate customers. I have worked as an Oracle Applications DBA for Oracle E-Business Suite since 11.5.10. My responsibilities included installing, patching, maintaining, cloning and upgrading Oracle Applications. As an Apps DBA, I have developed strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. In addition, I have strong communication skills, both written and oral. I enjoy learning and working with new technologies.

I am part of the project team that implements products from Oracle Applications E-Business Suite, such as Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Cash Management and Fixed Assets), Procurement (Purchasing and Inventory), HR (Human Resources and Payroll), Enterprise Asset Management, Project Costing and Accounting etc. While most of the other team members are functional consultants (experts in setting up and configuring each application), I function as a technical resource on the team. My core expertise is with Oracle Applications E-Business Suite Release 11i, R12, R12.1 and R12.2, responsible for installing, patching, maintaining, cloning, upgrading and troubleshooting the application. I also have experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle VM Server & Manager, VirtualBox, Oracle Linux, Oracle Solaris, as well as Oracle Database from version 7.3 to 12c.
